You also can play all the specs at 101. Do you mean, that a 102 can get more artifact weapons? Whoah! It's a grind to get just ONE weapon to a decent level! Anything else you get at 102? More followers/champions? Better class hall missions? I forgot, because I rushed through the lower levels...

Feral! You'll do okay in the tank role. As a guardian, you won't do so well in the damage compartment - and that's what counts. Then again, if you already have a dd druid, why would you want another dd druid? What's the point of going to 102?
