    According to wowhead there are seperate quests for each factions in Utgarde Keep: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=29763 / http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11262 Assuming they work the same as signet of argus for 19s that you can complete on both factions.

    What twink guilds lol? AD only has one twink guild thats remotely active and even then they are just the same 5 people playing in the 60 guild. Your not going to merge with another guild due to there not being any.

    Druid healing is pretty weak. The others are fine I suppose priest and paladin will always be at the higher end of healing.

    155 not 143. wand quality does not matter you dont use it for doing damage like you would for a melee weapon. Wands are only for stat sticks.

    Its not actually that hard to win it even at 19 or whatever level. Things you kind of want to do before hand is to max out your fishing skill at 800. And get the BIS fishing gear obtainable for you at your current moment. Now once you have that you find a buddy of yours with a two seating flying...
