question, Looks like fear mechanics still works and i was able to clear the rest of the instance last night on level 20 toons. lots of greens dropped but scaled from level 21-28. has anyone had blues drop from trash or boss? just curious as i might try to clear a few more times tonight.

i was farming trash in sithlus with some 39 twinks the other day for epics and the spawn rate was incredible. after the group fell apart the mobs we barely spawning . what caused them to spawn so fast???

I read on patch notes that weapon speed is being normalized. I am running sub on rogue and I logged in this week and noticed my jagged wing slasher is not hitting as hard. Have they already hot fixed it??
