Just received this ilvl 27 bow from a treasure chest in Northrend. Not sure if you can obtain any other ilvl 27 stuff than legion BoE:s as a F2P, so this could be something.

I am on a started edition account and using a level 20 char, while on chromie time for tbc, but still my dungeon finder does not show Mechanar. Does someone know how to fix this, or do I just need to solo the dungeon?

HoA now requires lvl 40 to use. You can still use azerite pieces but you will only get the stats from them. If you upgraded your azerite piece ilvl before the patch then their ilvl will stay.

Hey Was wondering what is the lowest level foamspittle staff you can get since I have a lvl 5 druid (don't ask why) and was thinking of maybe getting it, if it's possible.

So for example if I level a char to 20 when I don't have game time and maybe run some dungeons, will the char insta level when I buy game time? Also is there a limit for banked xp so can you theoretically get yourself from 20 to 120.
