  3. EU+US 102 for second artifact?

    So I have a level 101 DK twinked out, but I went with the frost artifact (so much fun open world). I'd like the Blood artifact now though for WoD raids so I'm wondering how much I'll lose in stats if I bump him up to 102. Any ideas on the math guys? I could just use one of the 810 mugs, but...
