What is the point of changing everything to ilvl? Xp in Bg's was the worse change imho....when we twinked a toon, we were careful not to go over lvl and had to time every quest properly. XP off just segregated toons and slowed bg queues. There was some pride in building an awesome 19 or 29...

I'm a bit confused by this....so for lvl 19 xpoff's, it doesn't matter what gear you are wearing...it's just the ilvl that matters???
