I did the event on my 110s, so I'm not sure what level it is required to be to partake in the scenario (I saw a level 60 in there while doing it, so shouldn't be too high) I was able to transmog the set on my level 1 though.

The plate, and leather users do have the best deal going on it seems. Nonetheless I still had to collect 'em all.

Decided to try out a holiday mog, still is a WIP so any suggestions appreciated.

Thank you, it's still a WIP so I'm swapping the pieces around, I use a similar mog on my main, but some of the pieces are level restricted so gotta find replacements :(

My hunters current mog, I love the tabard, but not sure if I like the rest of the mog. (Pls no h8 for survival, might switch to bm soon)

No problem, I kinda regret spending so long trying to do it for the mogs now, I only really wanted them for transmog on my 29s, but now I'm a bit disappointed. Got a cool Timelord title on my 110 tho, so wasn't all for nothing.

So unfortunately you have to be 110 to use this for transmog.
