Blessings of Kings is a 30 lvl spell yet if you take your minor glyph of the mounted king - it casts the buff (5% increased strength,agility and intellect for one hour) on you and on your party/raid members. So far I used it in both Arenas and Bgs and was working. Look it up ;)
