Apparently, this is in place of actual cross-server skirmishes. Or at least that's what the post title suggests: "War Games: Battleground and Arena Skirmishes."

Unless I'm mistaken, you can do 1v1 arenas using this - should be great for duels.

If I remember correctly, the Draenei hit buff only increases the hit of the Draenei, and is no longer an aura.
