Herod. Might take some patience with the insane queues but I figure after tourists leave and things settle we'll be glad we stuck it out. If you plan to play long term, I am sure in years to come Herod will be the most likely to still be healthily active.

Apparently players from the Brazilian realms are planning to make that server theirs, so maybe not a good one to pick after all.

I wouldn't just in case you regret it, especially if the toon didn't end up getting any good quest epics. Hopefully you have an allied race unlocked so you can start a fresh 20 and aim for a specific epic quest reward with a couple of rerolls.
