I've confirmed that the Diabolical Plans quests drop for Alliance, but unsure about Horde. Probably the drop rate was lowered after 5.0.4, but I'm 100% sure it drops for Alliance.

I am having that problem too, but it might not be a bug... hopefully it is just a bug :\

Is it just me? I can't seem to re-start the Darkmoon Artifact quests and I can't loot the corpses in BG for the PvP Artifacts either. Profession quests don't seem to be showing up from the NPCs in DMF. Did they change it in MoP cause if it did, I'm probably gonna barely get any tickets anymore.
