Hi, all. Peculiarity: My 9s can portal OUT of Pandaria shrines. Any other portals that work for 9? My memory is not clear, but seemed like just after SL or the Pre-patch ALL portals were blocked for 1-9s. Think this is a bug? Can't imagine why they'd purposely leave this one.

This is not an 8.1.5 upgrade, but the Starfaller did scale fairly appropriately for STV, to my 69 DK: 57/58. Wowhead doesn't show any blues for Verifonix. Some freak, extreme RNG? Or something new? (The Heraldic cloak was normal).
