There is a hidden skill requirement on tinkers. You can tinker BoA with tinkers, but not use the effect. Armor pots now give a significantky reduced effect even if it says otherwise. Mixology should still work and be a good profession option.

I definitively find frost shock usefull on my shaman and would not stay below 22. Water walking is mildly usefull in AB, but obviously not gamebreaking should you opt out of it.

I don't like the shield, but the hulking set is very nice. There are several shields available that's much better looking imho. The Azshara one is my favourite, but the problem with Belf is it gets scaled down too much.

Yes, it's a nerf to Drain Soul. Yes, we gain shards on pets now using DS, but will not when 5.4 hits. DOTs are buffed though. And SB + DL w/Harvest Life talent is a huge heal (12.5% per sec for 6 sec is 75% of your life back).
