    Haste are shit becuase your mele haste wont go under 0.72 or something like that and your posion wont tike so much faster, and your energy regen will increase with like 3-4 per second for that use effect 20 seconds. Go like Xipe said and no the LW enchant wont be red. iam 99 % sure.
