sounds intresting just way too small scale imo. I think you should get like all ppl who want and can grind keys and you could also sells places to party if you like to let ppl max reps and you make some cash for tier 3 :P or wait the rep gain decreases alot if in raid ?

It might be unleveled but still allows me 1 extra socket in my gloves ;)
