Same. I've queued on my 20 vet toon, and gotten into BGs with fully geared 120s.

I'm a fan of stacking int & stam, since when you enter any BG or Arena, your vers % will scale down proportionally to your level, whereas your int & stam will scale up.

I think anyone who has a 59 or 60 Twink will do very well in the BG. Prolly won't be quite as OP as Azerite gear, but should still be able to compete with the 120s.
