The enchants are meant to be used at our level (they scale down, work fine on heirlooms). You're putting them on gear that's meant for our level. They can't be used together because the enchant scaling system was half-assed and has a bunch of arbitrary restrictions from years of evolving...

A little change for WW - they can't use daggers, so their OH weapon will be the same as the MH one. They can also 100% use a 2h weap instead of dual wielding since FoF is the only hard 1h weapon requirement. Prob not worth listing though since a second enchant will outweigh any benefit of that...

Yeah, I'm around the same number. 15ish kills looting with two characters, no upgrades yet. Haven't seen any linked either. Kinda starting to think they're counted as dungeon drops, will be awhile before we can really confirm it though.

There are some rares that drop unscaled greens too. A bunch of them in Hillsbrad especially, can farm them pretty efficiently with some server hopping. Those ones should be able to drop unscaled Shimmering Trousers for 19s. There's more info on them in this thread...
