MW absolutely pumps single target heals. People don't die if you're healing them, they die if you don't have time to swap your heavy heals to them. Soothing+Enveloping on someone takes 2.5 seconds. You get a 1s GCD for Soothing (reduced by haste, even though it's 1 second), then a 1.5s GCD...

Yearly reminder that haste is really good for MW healing. Ignoring it is a DPS decision, not a healing one. "Haste is bad because MW just casts instants" is a pretty uninformed/inaccurate picture of how their healing actually works.

@Outofspace The 20-29 quests both gave the full amounts listed on wowhead at 28 (2350 on the first one, 1200 after). The slider moves it down to 2300/1150 on there, so it doesn't seem like XP scaling on them is actually a thing. I'll try to check the 39 ones at a few different levels on my way...

The best tool I've found for checking max rolls is the wowhead gear planner. So far everything I've looked at in there has matched up with items i've found in game. The random enchantment items have a dropdown with all the available suffixes.

Grabbed the new enchants coming in 8.2! Looks like the ring one is an upgrade across the board. Probably adding proc details sometime in the next week or two. Will get some accurate numbers for the absorb eventually too, there's no way the 15k tooltip is right.
