this ^ I leveled a squished 39 from 17 to 19 on PTR in one dungeon, so it's not a huge time sink waiting for the patch to go live. The odds of level scaling changing at this point are suuuper low, but probably better safe than sorry unless there are some potentially GF'ed things worth leveling...

Created on live, yeah - that's a copied character that's still wearing that stuff. Looked like the new northrend goggles were lower level and lower stats, didnt have a chance to get through too much of it though.

Northrend eng stuff and furbolg still have level requirements :p

Yeah, looks like they broke it up into chunks based on sections of the current level scaling, set those to multiples of 5 and scaled it linearly in between. Kinda goofy for TBC and Cata characters since they're combined with Wrath and MoP right now.
