If beastwalker has an ilvl 20 version, then it may drop. That is unexplained. It might be a restore bug (same way ppl scale defias BoEs). Humberts does drop.

At 110 you only get 4 pieces of ilvl 295/300 gear. You have the sea scrolls quest for the helm, and then 3/7 of the azerite pieces from quests. Unless theres something new with the new islands (pretty sure all gear there is gated to 120) - you're limited to that. The rares, the first 4/7...

Yes, both 20s without a sub and 110s who don't have BfA still technically have XP ON and will get queues. 110 will likely stop getting queues with the next expansion.

Based on the past few expansions, yeah. BfA will be added to the battlechest and the 110 bg will be rolled in with the 111-119 BGs to form 110-119. But with a possible level squish, we don't really know how it will exactly work.

The item can be epic. We still don't know if it actually can drop at level 19. I'm also not that items that can be epic have a chance to upgrade when coming from lockboxes (perhaps someone who has been opening lockboxes has seen that?).
