id go with stam/vers, defensive stats go a long way on ret and that +6 strength wont let you kill someone you wouldnt be able to already. just make sure you have enough str you cant apply what i said to every piece

i think the haste misconception comes from dummy testing tbh, i think haste looks better when testing dps on a immobile unreacting target but thats just not what happens in reality. if there was good proof that it was better though id be open to it, like if we both duel someone and your haste...

i dont think of healers as in a healing role in bgs. i look at them as the OP in every catagory class that we get a limited amount of. they are tanky, do insane damage, have utility etc. and not using that to its fullest potential is a joke. like only dpsing or only healing is a big mistake...

yes but the lower it gets the less you get from haste, i just find the .1 sec intervals useful to keep track of how much youre actually getting from haste. the more you stack the worse it gets but a little bit can be good

wait what? ok for example on my ret paladin if i have 0 haste i have a 1.5 sec cast time, if i have 14 haste i have a 1.5 sec cast time. but if i have 15 haste i have a 1.4 second cast time. and if i have 40 haste i have a 1.4 second cast time. there for sure is some kind of diminishing...

i just did +4 str enchant on good gloves instead of trying to some some weird shit to get the +7 stam

the rule ive been going by is find your haste breakpoint. whether thats 1.3 second healing surge, 1.4 second flash of light on ret, 4 sec cd on fury stuff etc. after that then try to get as much verse/mainstat as possible without sacrificing too much crit/stam
