What about quest greens? I'm seeing quite a few of them scaled up on the PTR. My Gwenyth's Bracers are up a couple points. https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=59266/gwenyths-bracers Wonder if they'll benefit.

Can anyone confirm if they will scale up if you've already acquired them? I've been trying to test this myself without completing any quests of which have items I'll need, but its seems like some items are scaling up on the ptr, while others are not.

I feel yah. Its hard to solo que ally side too when you have all these twink horde groups hot and horny to kill you, buts it's really how you get better at playing your character.

It's grayed out because it doesn't effect your attack power or spell power as resto. Its just showing you what stats it would have for an agility based spec.

I like to think I would still play surv, even if their dmg does get brought into line. Either way hunters will always be viable, if not OP, in at least one spec.
