Nope ques are still broken but most people don´t care or are to stupid to realize. Like f.e. early evening you wait 2 hours in q and then suddenly an AB or EOTS pops. Only blizz knows why it doesnt trigger WSG to pop first. Then you wait another hour just for an EOTS to pop followed by a WSG 2...

That combined with your extensive use of consumables pretty much sums up your gameplay :)

Ok, maybe I missed something but why are ppl getting wet over this then if you can´t really "farm" it? That means whoever got that shield (if drop was legit), he was just lucky enough that his lvl 8 suddenly was able to loot the mob and then got the shield out of it?

Is that overall confirmed? I wasnt able to loot lvl 60 Mobs on my lvl 20 right now. Or is there a way to make it work?

Define "that bad". Ofc you can play pugs with it but its not viable for any serious games. And iirc the double dmg on pyro is bugged.
