You need the auch dungeonq uest chest to proc epic for the sland health regen gems to solo as rogue at 20 UNLESS you have ooze/shadowgrasp totem. so spam those slands dungeons my boy.

I had a lot of fun lvling through pvp in cata and playing my 24 rogue/priest.

I guess it depends, without the epic chest my rogue would be unable to solo wod dungeons making gearing take longer. So for some classes I would reroll until you at least get the chest to proc epic.
