Rogues at lvl 50 are very decent in open pvp and in pve. Mediocre in ipvp.

I tested the healing version on my lvl 60 priest and I got it to proc. So it does work lol. It also states 10% chance on it, and then a 55sec internal and 10sec duration.

Lies. At lvl 60 arcane mages get oneshot talent/spell. So any bracket below 60 is closer to being balanced than 60 can ever be atm.
