Yes the diabolic skiver dmg proc is doing 66% dmg on the 8.1.5 PTR compared to Live 8.1 numbers. Rest remains the same i.e. stats, dps etc. on wowhead ptr it looks unchanged, dps and attack speed etc. from what I can see. And wowhead gets their data from PTR afaik.

Yeah as STS said, both new gear from quests and gear you already have will have the same stat increase. sometimes just main stat sometimes secondary stats too. Due to the ilvl increase.

lvl 59 version this one does 1,1k dmg so over double compared to Ramstein's now probably more items got the nerf bat, just posting the first I saw here, feel free to add your findings too. I will probably update it later if I find more relevant stuff for us.

there is already a 40% dmg reduction in effect vs dps and healers except for tank specs. (only for pvp situations, compare your dmg to pve targets and you will see). The tru winners are the healers. After all the good on proc/use items for dps are smoothed out/nerfed the healers which already...

I said above 59 so not in reach for 59s as blackberry also said for me. I thought the dailies were 70 too but wasn't sure so didn't specify just tried to say they require a lvl over 59. Apologize for the confusion with the wording, I understand it could be misunderstood.

I only know of two ways to get rep with them. Farming magisters terrace which requires 70+ now increased frol 68-69 not long ago afaik. Or from daily quests on isle of quel.thalas which also is above 59+ To do most likely. You also can't take the portal to the island at 59.

Yes it is true I forgot. If you know how to make the elixir you get an increased benefit from most elixirs. Adepts elixir for example increases from about 11-14 int/crit to about 21 if I remember correctly. So yeah alchemism is not a bad choice :) I run alchemy on almost all my twinks

True Terpenes. I just thought about that as a tooltip error but doesn't really matter anyway how to look at it since only alchemists can use it.

I haven't heard of it giving extra stat bonus anymore to elixirs/flasks, but it seems to still double the duration for elixirs and flasks though :) at least those you know how to make yourself but have also seen an alchemist getting 40minutes on the DMF elixirs that usually only lasts 20mins.

at lvl 59 you can enter two wotlk dungeons, the nexus and utgarde keep, and in those dungeons some bosses drop helmets with meta gem slots :)
