hovering over the ptr version it looks like it will do about the same damage as wraith scytche/fist of the damned with similar stats and dmg and everything, with the only difference that it only does dmg instead of both healing and doing dmg. So I don't think a lot of people bothered to get it.

no i am factoring that the 22int version isn't obtainable anymore since last spring. The live version gives 21 int when obtained at lvl 59. Which is the same as the noise machine. The noise machine just got a small shield on top of that, so it isn't better now no. But it will be next week. I...

indirectly yes. THey will remain the same. But the others are getting buffed.

yep, ilvl squish. Edit: actually even if it did have higher ilvl it would barely make a difference now though. Look at this 100 ilvl difference but not 100ilvl stronger in stats that is for sure xD

True, but its total dmg is usually higher because the dot can proc hidden satyr if you run that enchant on your neck. So yeah blizzard used to award long-term customers, now it is the other way around xD probably they are more focused on acquiring new customers than retaining, or perhaps it is...

This is not a derail it is about 8.1.5 ptr compared to Live 8.1 so no worries. And the difference in scaling has already been clarified. So live 8.1 (post 7.3.5 obtained quest items) greens are ilvl 57 as well as blues and I think even epics. On the ptr 8.1.5 quest greens obtained post 7.3.5...

Since its proc rate got buffed yes.

I just tested it on the ptr it still stuns for 8seconds.
