As a alliance I can pretty much see multiple vendors spawned near Flynn in Boralus who sell stuff like pets, mounts, salvages, heirloom items, quest items etc. for doublons like Captain Klarisa or Captain Nightrunner. So yes, you can spend your hard earned doubloons there.

If I was you I would not touch my 10's or 11's. It is fun to play lvl 10 as they are great for boosting friends. 20's have more dungeons and other stuffs available for them. For me 20's are more fun. :slight_smile:
