Added Tol Barad tabard to the OP. It's looking like we might not have any other way to Tol Barad. Can't confirm warlock summon or summoning stone. If you want the achieves or pets, I would advise to get a tabard and get that stuff as soon as possible.

For sure but I mean, level requirements on fishing pools? It's pretty bad yo. It looks like everything will require the minimum level for the zone it's in. That means seemingly everything outside our level range will be locked. Not sure it's ever been that bad.

Yeah two dungeon relics. You can put enchants on it before you socket the second so I think artifact weapons will be bis. Unless I am missing something. I think vendor weapons are 47 but no enchants of course.

Stupid question. Did you try to fish the pool? I saw the samething with fisherfriend Sha'leth but I was still able to fish the pool. Definitely seems like some dark days ahead for low level twinks. Restricting content by level to this point seems counter to having a vast explorable open world.

I agree, they definitely need to be tested. As for the neck, seems like 10s can get it but the stats seem really low. Not sure how it will stack up (Legion gear for necks and rings seems ridiculous) but something to be aware of :)

Meta gems yo. Stats are weaker I think but there's some pretty cool options like 10% stun reduction, movement speed increase, 10% silence reduction, etc. Deftintely something any twink would want to consider.
