Well thats not what happened at all. with one of the bfa patches they xpoff found bugs in the way they used to find rating which they are trying to fix so they can get the ladder back up.

If you remember all the Project sixty stuff a few months ago raids were 7 man and yes MC was easy but BWL was crazy hard on half the bosses and needed very specific comps for it to be possible, AQ40 just wasn't possible at all without a large raid.
