I was wondering if it was a scaling issue. I appreciate the info! Happy twinking everyone!

Question: Does anyone know why some ICC gear shows full base stats on the tooltip but gives way less when equipped, while Sunwell gear seems to give its proper stats? Is this a scaling / ilvl normalization thing, or is ICC flagged differently for low-level characters?
