To answer your original question, I would make a 14 rogue. Unless you have the PvP heirloom sword, dagger, shoulders and trinket, then a 10 rogue. BUT -- I havent been in a match for a week. I dont see 19s popping either. I maxxed Herb and Skinning.

I messed up and made my og hunter 14 before prepatch. FAIL> but I prefer the 14 rogue -- he has the GF gear and like 30+ kbs a match lol

I use the cloth pvp hierloom shoulders and the staff of jordan along with the pvp trinket -- giving 30% damage reduction at level 10 On my hunter

Balance druid -- meh. Shadow Priest instead. OMG the deeps. BUT I now roll with three eqpt sets on my droods. Pure agi/crit. Resilience/Haste, and a Heal set.

Made some 10s this weekend with two equipment sets. Feral druids with a crit/agil set and a haste/resil set. Hunter same. Went Herbalism/Skinning on Hunter. As for HUnter race, Goblin for sure. Since you don't get disengage, Rocket jump is next best. Never got the Wintergrasp Alliance/Horde...
