Plaguefall is back in the dungeon finder for levelers! Edit to add: took 8 runs to get the trinket on my level 10. Everybody has forgotten the mechanics in that dungeon. 2 runs I soloed the last boss after all the other players died in plague crash.

I've had characters get it on the first attempt. I've also had characters take many, many runs, with other players hanging back and then bringing up trash from the rear 9 out of 10 times. Argh!

The character who is going to do the trading must be at the same level and already have that ilvl gear in that slot order to be able to trade it. If you can put together a queueable group where multiple characters fit that description who are eligible for that drop, you can force it to drop...

I think it would take 3 procs to one shot a boss in a wod dungeon.

I'm not one shotting bosses with this item, but it totally one shots the trash on my level 10 guardian.
