Farming underbog for socket gear at the moment, done 10 runs and Ghaz'an has not dropped a single piece of gear. When killing him and checking the map he does not get an x over his portrait to show defeat. Is this boss bugged?

Hi, So I recently came back to wow and seen all my old 85,80,60 etc twinks are now squished to hell. Regarding my old 80 twink I used for herald runs I see the item level is now 35 or so yet in the adventure guide the gear from same boss etc is up 100or so. Should the gear I have not be...

I only had wsg items few quest bits and auction house loot like mindthrust etc. medicine pouch arena grand master etc. 13 for aoe, I shall look into that ty all
