For mining you can get knowledge items each week just from mining nodes. For JC, do the quests and farm the one-time knowledge items, then loot every Scout's Expedition Pack you find because they can contain the epic items you can turn in for +1 knowledge in any profession.

I don't think so. Despite a level 50 requirement being missing from the Unsettling pieces, it looks like a Void Focus is required to craft these items, the recipe for which only drops after completing a level 50 quest. So 20s will not be able to craft these items.

I thought playing multiple specs per character would be an issue, but the reality is that there are no quests with multiple rewards that give a BiS item. So you can farm all the best gear for any spec on a single character.

Look at it this way: if there was an enchant that said “enchant chest +1000 health”, you would use it, right? I would argue that the more survivable you are, the more use you will get out of regeneration because you’ll live long enough for that 10 second tick to happen more often.

I would recommend three different places to mine Cata ores. The first is Uldum by way of CoT portal and riding through Tanaris. Second is the Twilight, Highlands, which you can get to from the Wetlands. Third is Hyjal, accessible with a glider from Winterspring.

The upgrades are becoming few and far between, but these pants are pretty sweet.

I had to put several workarounds in to get WFTracker to work. I've attached my modified file but these are just my amateur fixes. I'd recommend cleaning out your WFTracker.lua to remove offending items as well. Edit: of course I had a huge bug *facepalm*
