how frequent are the 20s que? also is there a way to use dungeon finder for solo, or i need to go to the dungeons myself?

Hey all, I've played in the past expansion with a druid(20) and a mage(10). Now I came back and was wondering if its how viable is doing solo dungeons on an f2p? Is 20 a good choice for it and what class is best? I would think a tank is a must.
