I'm asking whether or not they all work below lv20, unlike what Wowhead states, and if not, which ones do and don't.

I was messsing with my old lv10 hunter and noticed my wolf was giving me the Furious Howl buff I dismissed it and resummoned it, and the buff was still working. Wowhead states I can only get it at lv20. I got a wind serpent to see if it would give whatever buff it had but no avail. My question...

twink accounts are still a portion of their money even if they wont admit it. If this is how the change works, they'll lose a good amount of money with twink-only accounts.

I wouldnt count Protadins out of Tank list if it specifies FCing. They still have a pretty good movement speed outside debuff, not to mention they still have a silcence/interrupt and a semi-ranged stun. I can't confirm what I just noted though, since I just recently switched my pally to prot...

I've played a Ret paladin since WoLK and I've had my good and bad times with it. But knowing that Rets are FotM atm, I really dont feel the same playing it, and I don't want to fall onto the same category. Therefore I'd like some suggestions on what to roll that isn't used for obvious reason...

The new enchants from WoD for certain you need. Gift of Multistrike (neck/back/ring) might be the choice but I'm no rogue expert. Black Wolf Bracers from SFK, and possibly cobhran's boots from WC (quest), and use I think Clefthide leg armor and greater inscription of tiger fang. I could be way off.

I am still more-less opposed to GY containment While it's effective in terms of winning, it may sometimes get out of hand. As part of what you mentioned It kind of hurts those that want to play efficiently when their morale is not at the same level as those who are patient enough to step up...
