    Based on what I'm reading, gear with suffix (e.g. "of the Eagle",etc. ) will give you extra stats. Stam enchants still work, and some weapon enchants. Ele shamans can get high hp values by consecutively queuing. A lot of stuff is broken at the moment, so I'm not sure if you should even gear up at all or play 20s atm
