where in bfa does a level 20 even farm level 20 gear xD getting drops at level 14.
What level do I need my farming character to be for ilvl 28 gear farming? What class is best? I was thinking DH.

Mrm, a shame I spent and wasted time/gold on the better enchnats for my rings.
though on a target dummy for PvE and PvP they do a nice amount of burst, seem to be procing literally left and right off of dots + rapture.
