Your post says they enchant with trade window open, then they click trade with "95% enchant window". Could you elaborate this for me? Thanks much man.

So to do the trade window glitch, I run an instance with someone with the enchant. The glove item I want drops, and they take it. Then they enchant the item and simply trade it to me (due to the 1 hour trade window)? Or is it more steps then that?
