EU+US Surv hunt ilvl 37 staff

Has anyone got the rare ilvl 37 staff reward from the bags when playing survival that could tell me if it has lower base damage then the heirloom axe making it not worth using?

I believe bloodied arcanite reaper has 3.8 weapon speed, I don't know about the staff.

The staff has a 2.00 weapon speed.

So is the consensus that the 3.6 weapon speed is better than the added ilvl of the staff?

According to recent tests yes.
I also compared the weapon damage of the staff and the axe (this was done at 19) but the axe still has a higher base damage and weapon speed making it better due to more damage output

Bm is still better. Kill com + bite Macro crazy. Surv is just cuul cuz its new

Maybe for 20 yes, but I dont see a way a BM hunt is going to straight up out damage a surv hunt.
