It's not bugged. It procs on your opener because it functions off the ppm system like @willix said.

Right, but with an unending mana those 11% increased dmg from dot ticks, like rend ? 200ish original and maybe 215 with versa wont really do much when u can choose 20% crit over that.

and yes fero bites would be most worthy incase someone has like 4.5 k hp u could end him faster with having 3.8 k bite than doing 3.4 at some point.

I wasn't arguing that versa would give more or less damage than other secondaries. I was arguing that versa gives you the same benefit on your burst no matter if it's divided over smaller numbers or one big number.

Also I'll ask again - do you mind linking me the source on your "dancing steel is bugged in arena" theory?

I have seen this the last years and due to that im picking some enchants over others just because of this bug.

Link me some day when u get double dancing steel procs from a frost shock outside arena. its not normal to be like that, on the first shock once u get inside arena u get double procs.

Im neither a cheap f2p eu player. If i choose to play this game i would spend these 10 euros to actually enjoy it more.

on my 60 dk for example i doo get like 100% fallen crus procs, even tho its proccing alot already as its outside i get like 100% more procs inside, and ofc this is why my theory works. Ive seen same issue with other enchants that normaly has a high proc chance, but even higher inside, and some enchants dosnt proc at all. Thats a fact.
