1v1 Arena Dueling Tournament

The rules do not allow for much variety.

Sadly, much of what we do is choked by rules. Good or bad... Necessary or unnecessary... And many times people do not participate because of these rules.
That is why I suggested what I suggested. It has been done before. Years ago I might add.
The issue is people like playing overpowered classes and they revel at globaling people down over and over and over. If they did not, we would have had more healers and less GY farming. Or at the very least people playing the classes/specs that are their favorites not that are the "best".

A 1v1 tourney would be best served if all people played with predetermined classes/specs with predetermined gear and enchants. AKA. All toons are similar...
That way no one has an upper hand.
