Yes, allegedly... As in innocent until proven guilty. At least that is the way the overwhelming largest part of the civilized word treats people.
As much as I do not like to use analogies, I am going to use one here. It will probably cause a downhill spiral though. Let's try and not to degress to that though.
If he was disliked so badly then he should not have had permission to raid the guild coffers. You can't let a fox in the hen house and not expect that fox to grab a few chickens. Who do you blame, the fox or the person that left the hen house door open? Maybe both?

Blizzard put guild permissions in place for a reason. The Co-Guild Master of his former guild failed to set them correctly. Or failed to assess his personality in time to restrict full access(which should have never have been given). Even after they noticed an issue. Either way, the Co-GM learned a hard lesson and should just move on before they embarrass themselves any further.

again we were really good friends who had a falling out, and I never thought of him as someone who would do this, which is why he had the rank he had. I have played with him for several years and he was my bud I couldn't have cared less if he wasn't liked because him and I had trust t was built over the YEARS we played together. Just because you have the ability to do something doesn't mean you do so am I right. If I gave him permission to rob a bank and he did so who is at fault? the person who told him to do it or the person who committed the crime. and innocent until proven guilty doesn't stand when I literally have proof in my guild bank tab... written evidence, they keep a bank tab so you can see what was deposited and withdrew. So if someone has evidence to a crime in the court of law guess what that means, guilty.

I have not defended anyone, let alone a "chump".
If you come to a community accusing someone of something you better damn well have proof of it. Because that burden of proof is solely your responsibility.
Person B could have easily stated the same thing about person A. But because no one has any clear cut "proof" this is simply a he said/she said issue. Now do you understand the problem here?
You came here because you and your "friend" of multiple years had a spat. This friend allegedly took some items from the guild bank. How much, we do not know. And then allegedly /gkicked the guild mates. How many, we do not know. Of which, they can easily be added back. That just leaves the items in guild bank. And because of this you warned people to not welcome him into their guild. Which is fine and dandy. I just think there is more to the story than you are letting on.

Why not just take screenshots of the bank tabs and the guild roster? You keep saying you have the proof, but the easiest way to prove it would be to post it.
