The new PVP system is unclear now. U79 have high item level gap, but 150 item level only result 15% difference...
I guess at least U109 still exist.

mastery is allegedly being lowered so it's available at 79... but the bracket's dead so there's really not gonna be any reason for people to turn exp off there. sure it sounds like fun, but twinking is only effective in active brackets. you could maybe go exp on bg's but only for one level so... ????

I mean you can go 79 for mastery, but are their any mastery items there at all?

WLK gem and WOD enchants, but they are no longer useful in PVP...
