I see no reason not to bind every ability and arena target/focus 123 at least when you're playing a character with so few abilities.
I've little to no experience with 19 so idk if this is literally all you do as a rogue, but all I see in this video is open with ambush, tunnel until person dies, next clip. I sure as hell would get bored of that real quick.
I'd be interested to see some 19 gameplay with some more depth if anyone can link me
