Legion info that'll affect 19s

The BoA gear will be the worst gear for PvP, as their item level is at 24, which is extremely low.

Armory doesn't properly scale the Ilvl as it does ingame.

With the current information we have available, this is the case.

I still believe that they would like to put PvP strongbox gear into low-level battlegrounds, but I am not sure as to whether or not they will go through with it.

They wanted to put them in during Draenor, but it was (and still is) a low priority item that was subsequently cut, which may be the case again for this expansion.

The armory has been glitched since it was created. It's always been inaccurate in some fashion, missing something from the stat sheet or not displaying gear/enchants correctly. Can you honestly say you've never seen the armory displaying the wrong information?

Be honest now.

Also, no one needs to be able to see the future to know what's coming in Wow. You can read about the changes plain as day on any number of websites, including the main Wow website and the dedicated Legion website.

Lastly, upgrading an heirloom (or any item for that matter), increases it's maximum item level, which only has an effect when you reach the character level that particular item level would be scaled to at. So if a level 20 buys a BoA weapon that scales to player level 60 (0/2), the stats he gets from it at level 20 will be no different than the stats he gets from it if he were to level it (2/2), because he's not a high enough level for the weapon to scale past the ilvl it gives at level 20.

  • [*=left]Honorable MedallionThis build includes our solution for the “CC break trinket” for low level classes. Upon entering a battleground or arena for the first time, players will learn the “Honorable Medallion” (temp name) spell. This spell removes all movement impairing effects and all effects which cause loss of control of your character while in PvP combat and has a 3 minute cooldown. Players can learn this spell at any level and it resides in the General section of your spell book. The first row of PvP talents then modifies the Honorable Medallion. This will provide the “CC break trinket” mechanic for all levels of PvP player. Feedback on this solution would be appreciated!

Will the new Pvp system in legion be introduce to all levels in the pvp range (starting at level 10)
There will be a chance to win items at the completion of a battleground; similar to dungeons while leveling. (WarcraftDevs)

Well, that confirms at least part of what I believed would happen. Now it's just a case of whether or not the items will be the PvP ilevel pieces or something similar in nature to those that were datamined. If that is the case, then most, if not all, gear will be replaced.

I am curious what, if any, BoE twink gear will become more rare. From the looks of things, Azeroth is getting another overhaul due to legion invasion points. This could kill certain quests and areas that we pull gear from much like cata did.

Dont like most of these changes, hope they wont make it to live. Dont really see the point in twinking if gear wont matter anymore. Imho if characters with full bis gfd gear are equal with horribly geared characters then it why even bother gearing at all lol
