This was one of Pizza's most guarded treasures during the time and he made sure that only a few individuals were ever made aware of its existence.

This blog is what stemmed to Pizza's most infamous method within the community, earning the disgust of a majority of people.

It wasn't long before Pizza had coined the new phrase 'gy containment'.

Most would say that our guilds methods were still considered gy farming, despite the fact that Pizza had argued that it was no longer farming, it was containment if you were consistently grabbing the flag.

These methods are still used today not only by Skill Ratio, but most guilds within the community as it has been recognized as an acceptable and viable strat in the bracket. Following the reproduction of the method, many have now come to terms with Pizza and his guilds tactics.

Anyways, even though it is now outdated, I leave you with this information below.

Curley explained it to me, hunters get a kill on another hunter with double explosive double shadowstep ambush, then go for double disengage in scatter healers while rog double open into torrent. To me it just sounds like a crappy GSC strat, gsc invented this long before pizza, obviously he just coppied.

pizza never coined the term "containment".

pizza was GY camping going for kill achieves when they were more prestigious on low level players before they were shared account wide, and then helping various others get it too, complaints were rampant, years after pizza found a web article from a player about a containment strategy in WSG RBGs.. then BH crew crutched on the "containment" instead of GY farming.

having a premade team, winning a midfield start and GY camping has occurred since WSG day 1, borrowing the term "containment" 5 years later and now 9 years later still saying it's not GY camping....priceless
 
I remember seeing this article or something similar years ago. The new gy fences have helped a lot with gy farming. Now a cordinated team can los until they all res and full push the other team. Only thing is the horde gy fence jump that's banned in premades
 
I miss the days of the vector strat, hanging out at the alliance zerker hut. The vectors went beyond that article - they were just as useful for flag returns.

It is refreshing to see someone besides me can recognize the real truth. And knows who the real Pizza is. I have played with him since the " Ruin migration ". He may have changed since then.
