I don't understand how this guy robo was selected for moderator in the first place. Is he close with Myrm or something? Of all the people that could be filling a moderator position this guy is definitely bottom of the barrel.

He's sarcastic, rude, and nowhere close to the vescinity of professional.

I think the majority of players on this site, and I mean 99%, probably would outright ban people who've trash talked them in WoW or on the forums just out of spite if they were given any power.

What is everyone saying Robo is such a bad mod for? First Solipsist says "We shouldn't have to be so politically correct" now Siren's complaining because he's "Sarcastic and rude", can anyone give a straight reason besides "He closed my thread where I was talking shit about everyone"?

Pretty sure there's no particular reason. It's not like he's banned anyone just because he wanted to and didn't provide any explanation for said ban.

I didn't get any noteworthy drops in the few runs I did btw, however I feel the farmathon represents more, as a community man we need to all be donating all the time. I'm going no do what I can to send you guys stuff more often and help yall out. I wanna see this bracket thrive as much as the next guy.

Agreed man. He definitely is a problem. He pisses me off as well. I actually once saw him argue on the same level as the other users of a thread then once he got dogged he closed it. Rofl.

- Robo is probably the only mod to read through banned users appeals and even dignify them with well educated guess (whilst under shanes rule where he would never justify anything)

- He sees through the bullshit, He's caught flamer and multiple others within minutes of their first flame post on evading accounts - The guys a fucking sniper.

- Hes eu? hes us? who the fuck cares he does a good job and hes upholding this site to the point where it doesnt get flooded by pointless insults; at-least keep your insults meaningful and atleast some depth of hatred.

edit: The only negative would be how "brash" he may come off as because hes not livingforce or another US twink you know so you can both wank eachother off etc

I think people should cut robo a break, he is caught between doing what the CoC says and doing what is really appropriate, until we get a new CoC there will be a lot less moderation going on but please understand that Robo is only human and doing his job.
 
Only thing I have against him is his recent moderation. I don't think he's really in touch with the bracket because his actions made the situation worse when a hands off approach would have been the best way to deal with it
 
Who gives a shit, he's a mod, he is using the powers he has been granted by TI. Deal with it. You can pick better targets to rally against.
 
Why did Myrm decide to get rid of the CoC and let mods loosen up I'd be saying mods tighten up and ban the people causing the drama and shit that makes this site look like a fucking joke. Allow profanity etc it's not that big if a deal, but the drama causers and male porn posters (Curley) fuck that shit. Make them knock that shit off. Robo fucking deleted my avatar because he said it was sexual. The pic he deleted is my current profile picture so if your interested take a look. That is not sexual in any way, it's funny as fuck. But fucking Curley can start drama and post pictures of ripped dudes licking lotion of of each others bodies with rock hard cocks.

The entire picture of your profile pic (when it was your avatar) was a guy in his underwear spreading his hairy legs. Don't act like you're such a victim. Don't upload controversial shit. It's that simple. I'm not always online, so I don't see all the shit I would like to remove. But as far as it goes, I'm currently not at liberty (admittedly) to start ban-waving ATM. The guidelines have supposedly changed, and strictness doesn't seem to be a priority anymore. It bothers me too. I'll have to discuss this with some staff.
