And yes, the 29's have a fairly substantial advantage over the F2P's, given (mainly) the access to enchants (and some skills, class depending), and I suppose the convenience of trading/the AH (rather than grinding blue BoE's).
The level 20 Veteran twinks cope well, with only slight disadvantages.

^ Basically covers that nicely. The only way to get a stronger ambush, and this is still up for debate, is to have a Grandfathered 1-handed mace which has a higher base-damage than Shadowfang (given it's item level is 44, from memory).
 
Is stam set MW monk BiS? or is there a normal max healing output set if so i'd like an armory for that

Allot of people wanna be seen on this list, either for grandfathered gear and titles or simply because the got BiS and deserve it for the hours they spent farming.

People are waiting for 15 days now. There is lots of active twinks in this website if you can not handle it because you're 'lazy' then let someone else be in charge.
Since half of the twinks in this list are naked/missing some items and not even updated.

Check every armory list, their is always naked twinks, hence boas are transfered and they are bis to display ideal armories for people to gear

I agree but in this case I think you need to replace them with active twinks. its WOD mate there is Heirlooms tab, if these twinks are lazy enough to make new boas well its their problem just replace them with active twinks. Also when are you going to update this thread?
